Newport Illuminated Boat Parade

There is so much holiday excitement happening next Friday, and everyone is welcome to join the fun! Bring the children to meet Santa and his elf, enjoy light snacks and juice, and soak in the festive atmosphere. Our very own Bill Shea will be there to capture all the smiles and excitement with photos families will treasure.

Come early and lift your holiday spirit with a joyful performance by the Newport Navy Choristers from 5:30 PM to 6:00 PM. Adding to the fun, our very own Secretary of the Board will be joining in the caroling, making this performance even more special! This incredible group has been sharing the gift of music since 1953 and is made up of active-duty and retired military members, Department of Defense employees, and their families. They have raised nearly $500,000 for charitable causes in our area, spreading cheer while giving back to the community. Their festive carols will create the perfect holiday mood as we welcome the season together.

As the night continues, the building will be open to the public for everyone to enjoy the Annual Boat Parade. Gather with friends, family, and neighbors to watch the harbor light up with beautifully decorated boats and cheer on our fellow mariners. It’s a wonderful community tradition and a perfect way to kick off the holiday season with warmth, lights, and plenty of holiday cheer.
